Appointments
For the best service, we request that all patients schedule appointments in advance by calling. This ensures that a time slot is reserved specifically for them. In cases of urgency, please don't hesitate to contact our office, and we will strive to accommodate your needs promptly.
Telephone Calls
At our practice, we prioritize returning telephone calls based on urgency. Emergency calls receive immediate attention and are addressed as soon as possible. Non-emergency calls are typically returned within the business day. When leaving a message for non-urgent matters, please include your contact number for our convenience. Furthermore, our knowledgeable staff can assist with questions regarding office policies, insurance plans, billing, and other nonmedical concerns.
Prescription Refills and Test Results
To ensure timely medication refills, we kindly request arrangements to be made at least 24 hours before your need. Before your office visit, we encourage you to review your medication supply to facilitate refill requests during your appointment. For routine medication refills between visits, please arrange for your pharmacist to contact our office directly. Please note that antibiotics and narcotics will require an office visit for refill authorization. Rest assured, all test results will be promptly communicated to you as soon as they become available. Test results will be released solely to the patient unless written instructions state otherwise.
Referrals
Patients' referrals are initiated following a thorough physical evaluation. Please allow 48–72 hours for the completion of referrals. The duration for routine referral processing may vary depending on your insurance plan and could exceed the standard timeframe. To facilitate efficient service, we recommend familiarizing yourself with your insurance plan's guidelines. Emergency referrals will be prioritized as necessary. Should you have any doubts regarding our referral process, please don't hesitate to contact our office.
Insurance, Fees, and Payments
